Monthly Retainers

Once we’ve worked together for six months, I can set up a monthly retainer for your bookkeeping work. This time frame allows me to have a full scope of the complexity and time needed for your books, to create the right retainer for your needs. This is a subscription service which is invoiced as a flat monthly fee, based on the average bookkeeping hours for each month.

Already have a software package in place?


Easy! I’ll need relevant information such as the login details to lodge Super, BAS and payroll to work with the software you use. Typically, this process averages 2-3 hours. I’ll also create a task list for you to cover what needs to be done by when.

​If you don’t have a software package or are unsure where to start, I can assist in choosing the right package for you and your business needs. 

My Process is:


  1. Chart of accounts: To analyse what expenses your business has and need to track, what bank accounts, credit cards and loans there are and how much money is in each

  2. Enter staff information: Set up bank feeds for staff on payroll, this ensures the bank sends transaction information directly to the software for easy tracking

  3. Setup logins: Generally for the business owner or accountant to access data

  4. Design: Format invoices and statement to make sure they’re clear and professional

HOW OFTEN DO YOU INVOICE?


All bookkeeping invoices are issued monthly.


DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS OR DEALS?


Yes!


The first BAS lodgement for every new or existing customer will be free. To qualify, you must book a minimum of 2 BAS lodgments. I also offer discounts on all MYOB and Quickbooks software subscriptions.

IS THERE A TAX-DEDUCTION?


Yes – all my bookkeeping services are tax-deductible.
